Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions before making a booking on this site.

1. The Sightseeing Tours Australia website is operated by Sightseeing Tours Australia, an authorised booking agent for AAT Kings Australia.
2. Tour reservations will be put in place on receipt of payment and acceptance of both the Sightseeing Tours Australia terms & conditions and the booking conditions of AAT Kings.
3. Tour dates are not guaranteed. If your nominated travel date is not available, Sightseeing Tours Australia will offer the next available date. If this is not acceptable, a full refund of all monies paid to Sightseeing Tours Australia will be made. Sightseeing Tours Australia cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to such a booking.
4. On confirmation of your booking, you will be notified by email. An e-ticket confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of purchase.
5. CANCELLATIONS. Once you have received confirmation of your booking, any cancellation or change will be subject to cancellation or change fees.
   1. Cancellation and change fees are as per the Terms and Conditions of the tour operator.
   2. A Sightseeing Tours Australia cancellation fee of £5.00 GBP will be applied to all cancellations. This fee is in addition to any cancellation fees levied by the operating company.
6. VISA REQUIREMENTS. Certain countries require a Visa for entry prior to arrival. Please ensure you are fully informed of the requirements before you make a reservation as visas can take some time to obtain.
7. RESPONSIBILITY. EuroTraveller Limited accepts no responsibility for personal injury, property damage or financial losses incurred, arising from acts or omissions by any of our recommended operators.

Prices and Itineraries
Prices shown are in Australian currency, include GST and are subject to change until paid in full. The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions. Throughout the year some areas may close unexpectedly due to Aboriginal cultural reasons or inclement weather conditions prevailing at the time, such as high temperatures, rain, strong winds, storms, low lying clouds, insufficient light or at the discretion of National Park Rangers.

All foreign currency amounts quoted in this website are indicative only and all charges from AAT Kings for Day Touring will be in Australian Dollars at the Australian dollar price as indicated.  The Australian dollar fee will be converted to the card holders local currency by the credit card holders merchant bank internal exchange rate on the day that the Credit Card provider processes the transaction, which may or may not be the day the booking is made and AAT Kings holds no liability for any conversion rate or additional fees incurred in the process of conversion or any other matters pertaining to, or connected with, the conversion from our billed AUD rate to the card holders local currency.

Smoking
Government regulations prohibit smoking inside tourist coaches within Australia. Please restrict smoking to the stops en route.

Overseas and Interstate Clients
Please confirm your booking on arrival in the city your tour departs or least 24 hours before the tour departs by calling 1300-556 100 .

Tour Participation
On an AAT Kings tour which has overnight accommodation, children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Age of child: 3 – 15 years. Clients with disabilities are welcome on AAT Kings tours providing they are accompanied by an able-bodied companion and do not require special assistance from AAT Kings personnel. AAT Kings reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone if it is felt the individual cannot cope with the requirements of coach tour travel and who may require services and facilities that AAT Kings cannot guarantee will be available. You agree to not hold AAT Kings responsible for any decision made by AAT Kings or any service provider to refuse to carry you, provide any facilities or accommodation to you or to provide any service to you.

Cancellations
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: Under 6 days and over 24 hours notice – 50% plus your deposit, within 24 hours or where no notice is given – 100%.

Important
All cruises, other operator tours and non-coach movements are not operated by AAT Kings Tours, or by persons or companies associated with AAT Kings Tours. Therefore we cannot and do not take any responsibility whatsoever for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner, including whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.

CREDIT CARD DISCLAIMER

By providing your credit card details to confirm a reservation you agree to the conditions outlined below.

AAT Kings will be holding your personal credit card details, which will remain on your booking file. This file has limited access and details will be used for internal purposes only. AAT Kings will not disclose this information other than for the primary purpose it has been obtained for.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions provided to you in relation to your AAT Kings touring and booking procedures, prior to finalising your booking.

Only credit cards in the name of one of the travelling passengers will be accepted.

All credit card payments attract a 1.5% merchant fee, this has been calculated on top of the tour price, and is based on the total booking amount.
