On arrival in Australia we ask that you call the supplier on the number provided on your Confirmation Voucher to reconfirm your booking and advise us of your pick up point.
PRICES
Prices are based on known costs at 14th September 2011 and are subject to change without notice.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted but all tours make frequent stops.
CHILDREN
Coach Tours - Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
SENIORS
Coach Tours - Age 60 years and over.
STUDENTS
Coach Tours - Up to 21 years at the time of booking, must have a valid student ID and be able to show it on day of travel.
Rail Tours and Attraction Tickets - Some attractions offer discounts, please check the product information page.
CANCELLATIONS
Coach Tours - A full refund will be given for cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.
Special Condition - Booking made online can only be refunded up to two months from the date of booking - after two months, bookings will no longer qualify for refunds.
LOST TICKETS
Please contact Sightseeing Tours Australia. We will do all we can to help.
LOST PROPERTY
Whilst every effort is made to return lost property, the Tour Supplier cannot be held responsible for property left on the coach.
PERSONAL INSURANCE
Not included. Please discuss this with your Travel Agent.
ACCIDENT OR LOSS
We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the train, ships, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.

Sightseeing Tours Australia accepts no responsibility for personal injury, property damage or financial losses incurred, arising from acts or omissions by any of our recommended operators.
- Sightseeing Tours Australia is an authorised booking agent for AAT Kings.
- Tour reservations will be put in place on receipt of payment and acceptance of both the Sightseeing Tours Australia Terms & Conditions and the booking conditions of AAT Kings.
- Tour dates are not guaranteed. If your nominated travel date is not available, Sightseeing Tours Australia will offer the next available date. If this is not acceptable, a full refund of all monies paid to Sightseeing Tours Australia will be made. Sightseeing Tours Australia cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs or fees relating to such a booking.
